Civil Solicitor

Oliver is a qualified solicitor in the Civil Department, joining Best Solicitors in January 2025. Oliver graduated with a Master’s Degree in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Leeds, achieving a distinction level on the Legal Practice Course, before going on to qualify as a solicitor in December 2020. Whilst Oliver qualified as a solicitor in 2020, he has been involved in the legal sector for over 10 years, having worked for Citizens Advice before pursuing a career as a solicitor. Since qualifying, Oliver has specialised in civil litigation, initially with claims involving personal injury and clinical negligence before moving into general civil litigation. Whilst Oliver enjoys assisting clients across a range of civil litigation claims and will continue to do so, he has a particular interest in contentious probate disputes which he aims to specialise in over the course of his career.
