Excellent service from Elizabeth and Chloe who helped me through 3 conveyancing transactions (2 which fell through) as a first time buyer. Really responsive to any queries I had and they were great at communicating with the other parties involved. Would definitely use again in the future. Excellent service.
I was a first time buyer who was full of anxiety and nerves but Chloe at best solicitors supported me throughout. She never complained around the amount of emails I sent but kindly reassured me that all was under control. I was quoted 14 weeks due to it being a leasehold but Chloe had me exchanged and completed in under 12 weeks. Buying a house whether it’s your first one or just another purchase is extremely stressful but Chloe took that all the way and filled me with ease. I highly recommend their solicitors and will use again for future purpose.

A great experience as a first time buyer
Chloe and Elizabeth were both extremely responsive and easy to deal with as a first time buyer. They were great at communicating up the chain when things got tricky and kept me in the loop throughout. Would definitely use Best Solicitors again in the future.

First time buyer
Was provided feedback through out my purchase. They was very helpful when I had questions which was important to me being a first time buyer. As well as being at hand when I had problems with my mortgage provider.

Excellent service
