Would happily use again

Good Solicitors
We instructed BEST Solicitors in October to deal with the sale of a flat and the purchase of a house. We used BEST Solicitors off the back of a recommendation from our estate agent and I had professionally worked with the firm in the past in a previous job role. I found the firm to be proactive and have a good reputation so when they were recommended, we compared 3 firms and the quotes, Although not the cheapest for conveyancing, I will say they got us over the completion line on both in just over 2 months, and considering the workloads they must have I think is pretty good going!. We found the firm to be proactive, responsive (Which is always great as a client! you don't want to be chasing!) Overall we were pleased with the service. Special mention to Bethan Harrison and Kerrie Neath who worked on our cases, They were both very professional and thorough.

Selling and purchasing of Properties
Bethan and the team were very helpful in purchase and sale of the properties we were involved with.
Bethan is as always able to answer any queries we had and responded in a timely manner!
They helped to make the process of selling and buying pretty straight forward.
Would recommend to anyone requiring a surveyor

Excellent service from start to finish
We cannot thank Beth and kerrie enough for there professionalism and understanding of our recent house move, nothing was too much trouble and any queries where answered and actioned straight away. Great experience.
