Excellent service from Elizabeth and Chloe who helped me through 3 conveyancing transactions (2 which fell through) as a first time buyer. Really responsive to any queries I had and they were great at communicating with the other parties involved. Would definitely use again in the future. A great experience as a first time buyer
Chloe and Elizabeth were both extremely responsive and easy to deal with as a first time buyer. They were great at communicating up the chain when things got tricky and kept me in the loop throughout. Would definitely use Best Solicitors again in the future.

Appalling service
No progress on my file made at all within the 4 months since engaging Best solicitors. Phone calls and emails ignored, complaint not acknowledged or dealt with. I feel I have done all I can to try to push the work forward, but constantly ignored. I am now terminating the agreement to engage a different solicitor. Would never recommend.

Communication not brilliant, felt very left out of the loop and had to keep chasing for answers. Did not keep track of the ongoing chain so exchanged on my property without checking I had somewhere to go.
