Risdon didn’t keep us very informed throughout the whole process of selling my home and the purchase of our new home. Quite frequently our developer and estate agent updates us before the solicitor did. Our developer also struggled to get hold of them at times.

We were advised to use Kieron and it was a wise choice, because of developer pressure we only had around 5 weeks from start to finish and Kieron and his team still managed to do there bit with days to spare, lovely friendly team where everyone is willing to there bit.

Worked with Liz Cowan's on the purchase of me and my partner's first home. Liz was highly approachable, caring and supportive throughout the whole process. She was not only efficient in regards to the paperwork but also always contactable. She made a stressful but exciting period so simple and easy. Would highly recommend both Risdons, but specifically Liz to anybody, and if I ever looked to buy another property I'd happily approach Liz to work with her again. Liz is a star and a great representation of Risdons.

Went with Risdon Minehead branch to buy my first home. The whole process was much faster than expected and within eight weeks I had the keys to the house!
Caz and Kate were very helpful and always able to answer any questions throughout the process. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I required legally which included creating extra documents at my request which wouldn't usually be required for buying a property, just purely for my benefit and personal circumstances.
Overall I can't fault them. Really helpful and would definitely go with Risdon Minehead branch again.

We are very happy with our experience of using Risdon Hosegood. They dealt with everything that was required in a highly efficient manner. We found the person dealing with our conveyancing, Megan, to be very helpful and friendly. She was quick to answer all of our questions and dealt with matters in a timely and professional way. Very grateful, she made what could have been a very stressful time much easier.
