During the earlier stage of the sale of our property I felt like we weren’t having great communication, however this did improve and I found Paula very helpful, proactive and approachable. We then encountered a difficult period of time where Taylor Wimpey did a u turn on our agreed part exchange, and the communication at this stage was again poor, I am not sure if this was purely from Taylor Wimpey or whether Kieron could have been more proactive at finding out what was happening when we were very much in the dark and things had dragged on for months when we were expecting to exchange contracts in six weeks. I did submit a formal complaint to Taylor Wimpey and ended up having one of their managers act as a coordinator to help the process progress as it had got stuck and nobody appeared to try and move things along. This is why I have given 4 stars. Once we had agreed exchange of contracts things moved very well from that point onwards and I did have confidence that Kieron and Paula were competent in their roles.

Liz was fantastic start-to-finish helping with our conveyancing. We were first time buyers so this was a completely new process to us. Liz explained everything in a good level of detail as was always available to pick up the phone with any questions we had. I cannot recommend Liz enough!

Kieron was great in helping us get our first home, we waited a long time for a mortgage offer but Kieron made sure everything was ready for when it came through, Kieron would answer all our queries and made thing easy to understand when we didn't.
