Teresa Kingman is excellent. But I did think it a bit of a on charging extra for the stamp duty return, as this is a requirement for registration and therefore a key component of the transaction.

Went with Risdon Minehead branch to buy my first home. The whole process was much faster than expected and within eight weeks I had the keys to the house!

Caz and Kate were very helpful and always able to answer any questions throughout the process. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I required legally which included creating extra documents at my request which wouldn't usually be required for buying a property, just purely for my benefit and personal circumstances.

Overall I can't fault them. Really helpful and would definitely go with Risdon Minehead branch again.

We are very happy with our experience of using Risdon Hosegood. They dealt with everything that was required in a highly efficient manner.
