I found the whole procedure was dealt with very professionally. Wills are very complicated documents to complete, trying to ensure all our wishes for family are taken into account. I had a lot of queries dealt with and answered. Same with LPAs. To understand legal jargon is quite hard.

From the start, our situation was treated with sympathy and understanding. The appoint solicitor, Bart Obszynski, explained the procedures and requirements for dealing with my request! Every assistance was given and the matter dealt with in a kind and efficient manner. A great deal of help was given to negotiate the huge task of settling the Will and estate involved. We, as a family, are grateful for Bart's meticulous work.

We wished to update and simplify our wills. We went through our wishes with Mr.Judge, who produced a draft with very useful explanatory notes. The whole matter was completed quickly and efficiently.
