I was recommended Risdons to use for a house sale that I was POA for. All went smoothly until a serious glitch occurred that was not our fault. However, a solution was found using common sense and all was completed satisfactorily.
All the Staff I dealt with were very friendly and approachable, especially Charlie Pole.

Went with Risdon Minehead branch to buy my first home. The whole process was much faster than expected and within eight weeks I had the keys to the house!
Caz and Kate were very helpful and always able to answer any questions throughout the process. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I required legally which included creating extra documents at my request which wouldn't usually be required for buying a property, just purely for my benefit and personal circumstances.
Overall I can't fault them. Really helpful and would definitely go with Risdon Minehead branch again.

We are very happy with our experience of using Risdon Hosegood. They dealt with everything that was required in a highly efficient manner. We found the person dealing with our conveyancing, Megan, to be very helpful and friendly. She was quick to answer all of our questions and dealt with matters in a timely and professional way.
