Excellent service
The company was recommended by the new build developers. From start to finish I was helped by Suzanna. She was extremely helpful, very professional and friendly. She kept me up to date regularly. All paperwork and emails were clear and easy to understand. There were a few issues with the developers, but Suzanna quickly dealt with them. I am very happy with the service from Suzanna and the company for all their help and support in securing my house. Very highly recommended.

House purchase
My daughter was handling the property purchase for us so we had little direct contact but our daughter was very happy with yourselves. Unfortunately the purchase fell through due to difficulties this end.

Rude
Complete contradiction to her personal statement on the website.
All excitement for moving in to our new home was exhausted by the sarcastic and self righteous tones of communications.
We did not appreciate the abrupt rudeness of emails sent. We understand the time pressures of the industry, however, from a customers point of view, the service we received was sub-standard.
Up until the point of conveyancing, our experience of Risdon Hosegood was good.
It's a shame the final experience was so poor.
