Unfortunately quite disappointed with the service provided, slow to get through process, not kept updated as expected, had to chase up myself several times. Was not given advice as would be expected when making a purchase of a property. Communication not as expected. Asked to either make a payment at a much later date as incorrect bill sent initially and complete documents later as not sent initially.

Incredible support and outcome

A year ago I suffered a bereavement and as an outcome an incredibly difficult and complex legal situation. Sally Milliner from JCP was absolutely outstanding. She was calm, professional and highly empathetic towards me and gave me confidence that we could get to a positive outcome.

Would not recommend . Slow! No communication . Several people dealt with the case and I was not told once about any changes. I had to chase things myself in order to move things on but they still proceeded to charge until we complained. Disappointed beyond belief 😮

Constant unnecessary delays in conveyancing, resulting in a cash sale of an empty property taking 5 months. They were not my solicitors as I was the seller but they repeatedly did not respond at all to emails or calls from my solicitor or the estate agent. I believe the buyer is lodging a complaint. Awful service.
