Buying a house is stressful, emails were mostly answered promptly but when I did phone I could get through immediately and towards the end especially where there were complex questions it was easier to discuss/explain on the phone rather than email.

When our father passed away we met with Tracy to discuss what we should do about settling my father's will and estate. She explained all the options to us very clearly and guided us to the most appropriate service for our needs. Whenever we have had a question, Tracy responded very promptly (even over the Christmas period) and in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Tracy.

Would not recommend . Slow! No communication . Several people dealt with the case and I was not told once about any changes. I had to chase things myself in order to move things on but they still proceeded to charge until we complained. Disappointed beyond belief 😮

We all know and appreciate how stressful buying or selling a property can be. The service we received was nothing short of incredible!
At all stages we were informed of what needed to be done, important information was highlighted to us and both our sale and purchase happened with zero stress.

JCP and Heather in particular were absolutely fantastic during our house move in July 2020. We were having a disaster with a previous firm, which was causing months of delays. We instructed JCP and Heather came in late in the day to save us. Heather was amazing in getting everything sorted and most crucially, kept us in the loop throughout which was so reassuring.
