Property Sale of Glyn Noddfa
Mari Gordon and Helen Rule Took on the Residential Property Sale of Glyn Noddfa.
They are both totally professional in their attitude but manage to keep a sense of humour too.
The process can be pretty daunting but we were kept informed and up to date at all times.
This was our third property sale with them and look forward to them dealing with our next house.

Efficient service
Big thank you to Helen Rule and Mari Gordon for the excellent work with regards to the sale of my late fathers property. Everything was dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. Communication was great and they were quick to raise and deal with any issues. A big thank you for making everything easy and clear.

Excellent communication and support
JCP Solicitors supported me through the sale of my leasehold property. They were always reassuring and quick to get back to me. They worked hard to complete all the paperwork and ensure that the sale was completed as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend them, and am continuing to use them in other legal business.

Thanks for excellent conveyancing service.
My recent house sale and purchase was the first time I had used a conveyancing service for many years. Legal assistant Helen Rule and Solicitor Mari Gordon were very helpful to me in navigating the system online and via email and phone rather than the previous face-to-face meetings. Both were very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and accessible. Communications were excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent conveyancing service!!
I am so impressed with the service I have received from JCP Solicitors while in the processing of buying and selling homes. I have liaised a lot with Helen Rule, Legal Assistant, as was the case a couple of years ago with a previous house move. She has once again been absolutely brilliant - very competent and accessible and very friendly, kind and understanding with it. Mari Gordon was my conveyancer this time and was, likewise, also very good to work with. I can highly recommend them both and JCP as a service as I have personally used JCP for more than one set of buying and selling. I recommended JCP to other family members who were also moving a couple of years ago and they used them and were also highly impressed. Thank you so much to Helen, Mari and JCP 👏👏👏

Sale of house - Excellent service
JCP Solicitors carried out the conveyancing on the sale of my mother’s house. Helen Rule and Claire Edwards were excellent throughout the whole process from initial contact to completion of the sale. It was easy to get in touch by email or telephone and queries were always answered or resolved quickly. First class service and I would highly recommend.

Conveyancing after probate
It has been a positive experience, as an executor selling a property, working with Claire Edwards and Helen Rule, who have been really helpful and thorough throughout .
And getting things done in a timely fashion - much appreciated.
And working with Alice Rowlands on the probate has been a very good experience. She has held my hand throughout - and continues to do so.
