I had a personal matter and needed some legal help. I contacted JCP as they had very good reviews and I was then contacted by Ceri Wilkinson who was very understanding and helpful in what I needed. It was a very difficult time for me but Ceri was very helpful and was very quick in responding to any questions asked and also kept me updated regularly on the progress. I did not have to worry about anything as Ceri handled everything needed and it was a very non-stressful process for me. I can’t thank Ceri enough for all her help! I will definitely contact her in future matters if needed. Excellent service!

Cherrie Powell has recently prepared Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA's), for both Property and Financial Affairs and for Health and Welfare, for my Father.
Cherrie was extremely patient, respectful and courteous throughout the whole process with my father who is 93 years old. Cherrie took the time to explain the process in detail and ensured that he understood the significance of the LPA's.
I would absolutely recommend JCP Solicitors and especially Cherrie to my friends and family for any Lifetime Planning matters.

Very unprofessional with one too many important mistakes made.

Unfortunately I do not believe I had a good experience. I was having to continually contact the solicitors for regular updates only to receive a reply up to a week later. Mistakes were made firstly with the terms of lease contract which I had to point out to be amended. There was a mistake made on the completion statement twice which again i had to point out to be amended. Overall I believe the process took far longer than it should’ve without the guidance and support as a first time buyer. The solictors were always pleasant to speak to and never rude but unfortunately too many mistakes were made.

Constant unnecessary delays in conveyancing, resulting in a cash sale of an empty property taking 5 months. They were not my solicitors as I was the seller but they repeatedly did not respond at all to emails or calls from my solicitor or the estate agent. I believe the buyer is lodging a complaint. Awful service.

JCP solicitors and especially Victoria H. and Katie W. have been absolutely fantastic! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, informative and without a doubt redefining what it means to be efficient.

We all know and appreciate how stressful buying or selling a property can be. The service we received was nothing short of incredible!

At all stages we were informed of what needed to be done, important information was highlighted to us and both our sale and purchase happened with zero stress.

Would not recommend . Slow! No communication . Several people dealt with the case and I was not told once about any changes. I had to chase things myself in order to move things on but they still proceeded to charge until we complained. Disappointed beyond belief 😮
