Rachael is a highly professional, caring and diligent person. She has gone above and beyond working on my case, to go as far as to work into her own personal time to ensure things were being done efficiently. She was able to put me at ease prior to attending court hearings and would contact me promptly with any updates. I was made to feel that Ringrose law were not on my side.
Information given to me was poor. Eg, meeting in July didn’t offer crucial information about applying for CEV This was presented to me in September. Therefore causing a significant delay in proceedings.
Your office recorded my telephone number incorrectly, so you couldn’t ring me.
The company added to my stress rather than make the process easier. The personal interactions not conducted in a particularly friendly manner. Staff could have been more understanding and conciliatory.

Represented me at my FIRST hearing then stuck with them to represent me at trial only for them for telling me a week before my trial they couldn't represent me because they thought it was the first hearing . Absolutely fuming and let me down massively now struggling to find a solicitor to represent me in 4 days from now. Please avoid .

Initial chat was OK and the lady, Farah, was supportive and professional. However, for a reason that doesn't make sense, they refused to delete sensitive data that was sent as part of the enquiry. It seems they are spending a lot of time to keep this private data despite them saying legally they only need to keep very basic information. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this firm.
