Excellent Solicitors and Service at a very difficult time

I worked with Charlotte Daniels at what can only be described as one of the worst experiences of my life, divorcing my husband who I discovered had been having an affair. Charlotte was beyond kind, she talked me thorough the process of access with regard to our children and gave me advice that was priceless. She understood that my motivation is and always will be the protection of our children during this very tumultuous time and she could see that I was trying to ensure they were not exposed to anything they should not have been (conversations and opinions that are not appropriate to have with children). Charlotte wrote a letter on my behalf to my husband, listened to what I was requesting and worded it in a measured manner. I have no qualms in recommending her, she was attentive and supportive and honestly helped me navigate an incredibly difficult situation.

Cannot recommend high enough!

I contacted Ringrose law to act on my behalf a little apprehensive as I’d never had a solicitor represent me before so I wasn’t sure how much things were going to cost, the outcome or how what the process was.
A lot of people say usually solicitors are slow, unresponsive a lot of the time and are there to take your money… Ringrose law has proven that is definitely not the case.
Charlotte acted on my behalf and made what should have been an unbelievably stressful process so much more manageable. She communicated throughout, reassured me, always ran things by me before sending and was always there whether it be via telephone or email.
If Charlotte couldn’t take my call right away or was unavailable, Deanna who has been fantastic was on the other end of the phone and again reassured me, noted information and kept Charlotte updated.
Charlotte has been very honest throughout my whole court case, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you so much!

Following a lengthy case, I wanted to thank the team for their help, support, and tenacity. Their level-headed and sensible approach to proceedings were very refreshing. Rachael and Deanna were great support; but a special "Thank you", goes to Charlotte, who managed my case from start to finish and was brilliant throughout.

I appreciated there was always someone available when I was struggling with modern technology during a very difficult time. The domestic abuse was awful at times but the police support team were a great support. They know my new location and have given good advice to enable me to move on and live a life of freedom. So thank you all at Ringrose Law.
