Eased our stress and anxiety massively!
Many house moves don’t always go as smoothly and as easily as you’d like, we certainly had one of those!
Buyers pulling out, our onward purchases taking themselves off the market - miss communication from both the buyers and onwards purchasers - you name it we had it! However none of the issues were related to Bev and her team at Ringrose, instead Bev did everything in her power to ensure we were always kept in the loop, offered advice, and certainly reduced the stress and anxiety a situation like this could easily of caused.
Once everything settled down, Bev and her team quite simply “pulled it out the bag” and ensured the final result was as we required, in speedy professional manner.
Would 100% recommend Bev and her team, they are quite simply amazing.

First home
I engaged ringrose last year as I was looking to purchase my first home. The overall experience was fairly average. Nearly all correspondence was via email, which was effectively 'please see attached letter' which was then a professional letter stating searches complete etc. So it felt very impersonal.
For a first time buyer, who was navigating so much new stuff like mortgage offers, solicitors, proof of earnings etc, I was totally unguided by Ringrose.
At times I felt I was so far out the loop of my own purchase on a property.
I found myself reaching out to my mortgage advisor and the estate agents much more for quick easy advice than I did ringrose as I felt they had not built a relationship with me.
Perhaps this is all solicitor firms? Who knows.
Either way, what should have been a very exciting experience was clouded in general by not feeling supported.

Sale of Property in Boston
Faultless service for conveyancing. Generally all dealt with online which for what should be a straightforward process is fine. Responses to emails are quick and they did call me when required. Good value for money and no hesitation in recommending them.
