Professional and Approachable
This was the second time that we have used Lorraine at Ringrose Law for the sale of a house and the first time for a house purchase.
We felt that we were in good hands throughout the process, and we were always treated in a professional, friendly way even when our frustrations got the better of us.
Some of the correspondence that we received was confusing at times as letters sent to us were obviously generic and contained information and direction that wasn’t relevant to us. In the early stages we felt we were duplicating some of the information that was requested from us. Otherwise, we were very happy with the service we received and we would recommend to others.

New house purchase
Lorraine and her team did an excellent job. When the mortgage lender asked lots of difficult questions about the developer, they handle it very well, and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

An efficient and professional service.

Sale of property
We were kept up to date on a regular basis. Any questions asked were promptly answered. Exchange day they chase the buyer to make sure it happened on that day. And the day of complete / move day went very smoothly. I would recommend the Lorraine and her team.

Our last move - the Purchase
This purchase has taken quite a long time and we were homeless for 8 weeks - our choice and were advised by Lorraine that it was risky.
