Everything was good except the online form filling. It was difficult to set up and use and I always prefer paper to digital anyway as easier for myself personally to use. Would have liked to have the options discussed at the initial interview. However it was not a problem when discussed with my solicitor and was changed appropriately. Everything else was fine

I received an unexpected and daunting PLO letter in the final stages of my pregnancy, regarding my unborn baby. I was allocated Nicola who has done and continues to do an outstanding job in representing me. Every statement and response to the LA has truly reflected my thoughts, much better than I could have done myself. Nicola pushed against the proposed ICO and with the help of her expertise; we won our case in court. Nicola does a fantastic job of working for you and always confirms exactly what outcome you would like before responding to others. Initial chat was OK and the lady, Farah, was supportive and professional. However, for a reason that doesn't make sense, they refused to delete sensitive data that was sent as part of the enquiry. It seems they are spending a lot of time to keep this private data despite them saying legally they only need to keep very basic information. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this firm.
