Writing a Will

Our lawyer (Claire) was very friendly and efficient, answering our questions clearly and without using legal jargon so we could understand. She pointed out all unforeseen problems with what we had requested in our Will and gave us sound advice. The resulting Will is clear and accurately reflects all our wishes. Thanks for your good advice.

New Mirror Will

We came to Warners to update our Will. Kevin Gladwell was extremely pleasant to deal with and made the process easy.
We did not have time to talk to other solicitors re. cost but approached Warners due to their good reputation, would happily seek advice from Kevin again in the future.

Aneesha was the solicitor who worked for us to update our existing Wills and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney on behalf of Warners. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining carefully and guiding us through the legal wording and processes. We would thoroughly recommend Warners to others.

Family Trust

Warners have represented me(family) in various departments over the years including divorce, inheritance issues, conveyancing and Will trustee. They have therefore taken considerable fees. However, 20 years ago they produced a Deed of Variation of Will in respect of leading family member who had died and now are refusing to meet the family to outline its intention and what effects it has on the living members today. This, despite the person who drafted it(and who were very happy with) still consulting for the firm.
The above refusal will lead to us having to effectively pay again for the review of documentation and amend as required. In reality therefore, the original document has little value and may not be fit for purpose. So, avoid them today as tomorrow they may be absent.............................

Professional Service with a friendly appreciation for Client Pace

As a local property related business we regularly recommend the Warner's team and services to our clients, so it is reassuring and prudent from a professional perspective, to appoint them for our own property transactions and evaluate the overall service. I am pleased to say we were delighted with the service and remain qualified in our professional recommendation of the Warner's Team.

I have used Warners a few years ago for a commercial contract dispute and the solicitor then was quite responsive. Attempted to get some advice only for a Wills and Probate matter and have been told to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time - use a firm that actually cares about existing clients...

Used them for a family financial matter, absolutely useless. I used CS for my case and she got as bullied as I did before my using a solicitor. The only time i saw any fire in this firm was if i was late paying their extortionate charges, I think the money they took off me and the little they did is shameful…..
