Great service, tireless working

I cannot thank John (and Sue) enough for all their recent hard work on my house move. It was a very difficult situation given the 'other side' were not helpful and did not do their work diligently.
John and Sue kept me constantly updated and worked all hours of the day to get my house purchase over the line.
I am very grateful for all their hard work, putting my mind at rest and sheer diligence throughout the process.
I would not use another conveyancer.
Thank you doesn't seem enough.

Solid, trustworthy local legal advice

We have now been using Warners for over 13 years for all our personal legal requirements including conveyancing, probate and estate planning . Their advice has always been straightforward, timely and incredibly good value for money in my opinion.
The team at both Tonbridge and Sevenoaks are very professional, approachable and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. They very quickly became our “go to” for swift, clear and practical advice.
We look forward to continuing the relationship for many years to come.

sale of property.

I was involved in the sale of my mother's property under an Enduring Power of Attorney. Once the sale was progressing the two individuals at Warners ( John McAuliffe and Clare Harvey ) were excellent. Always responsive and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process which was difficult at times. I am grateful to them both for their professional conduct and approach. They were very helpful and proactive.

Excellent Service and communication

We are so pleased to have been a client of Warners. I cannot praise the staff (particularly Aneesha) for all the help she has given us during the probate process. Ours was quite a complex case but she made it so simple and was always available to talk to. I have been using Warners for several years and continue to use them as I am so pleased with the professional friendly service they offer

Will Writing

After much reading and thinking (procrastinating) about how best to write my Will, I decided for various reasons, to consult Warners. An appointment was made for me to see Lucie who was very helpful, empathetic and answered all my questions clearly and concisely.
Lucie made the whole process much easier than I imagined it to be.

House sale conveyancing. Liz Ollett

We had an unexpectedly protracted and complicated sale procedure. Liz dealt with this with exceptional calmness, patience, wisdom and professionalism throughout. We are hugely grateful to her for guiding us through what often became a difficult and upsetting experience.

Edinburgh South Flat Sale - Highly Recommend

I sold my property through Neilsons Solicitors. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Gillian, Denise, Diane, Rhonda and the rest of their colleagues at Bonnyrigg office for their dedication and professionalism, as well as Karen Woods for her excellent initial evaluation.
Highly recommended.

House sale

We had a difficult year trying to sell our home although I'm glad to say this was achieved in December which is largely thanks to John and his team as he took control towards the end of the process and dealt with the final negotiations with the seller and their solicitor. I can not fault their efforts and professional approach and would highly recommend his services.

Wonderful experience from start to finish

I've used Warners (Georgia) before to sell a property and was so impressed that I wanted to use them again, this time to buy a house. The experience was exactly the same, Georgia is so proactive, professional and friendly and always responsive to my phone calls and questions. I am so impressed with Warners and would recommend them to anyone.

Writing a Will

Our lawyer (Claire) was very friendly and efficient, answering our questions clearly and without using legal jargon so we could understand. She pointed out all unforeseen problems with what we had requested in our Will and gave us sound advice. The resulting Will is clear and accurately reflects all our wishes. Thanks for your good advice.

I have used Warners a few years ago for a commercial contract dispute and the solicitor then was quite responsive. Attempted to get some advice only for a Wills and Probate matter and have been told to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time - use a firm that actually cares about existing clients...

Used them for a family financial matter, absolutely useless. I used CS for my case and she got as bullied as I did before my using a solicitor. The only time i saw any fire in this firm was if i was late paying their extortionate charges, I think the money they took off me and the little they did is shameful…..
