Amazing experience

Buying or selling a house can be a stressful experience. I've had experiences before where the process was a nightmare, taking time and with little contact from the solicitor.

Not at Warners. Farhana and the team are amazing, so pleasant to work with, easy to speak to and affordable. Everything was clear, timings were kept and they were patient.

Listen to my advice. Pick them.

Previously excellent quality now poor quality service

My family have been clients of Warners for many years and enjoyed good quality service from them.
HOWEVER, they seem to work on past reputation rather than current work ethics.
They don't listen to what is required and have no sense of urgency except for sending their invoices to you.
We currently have two cases open with two different solicitors
I have one case open the solicitor asked for documents then she was going to send me a letter of engagement. That was three weeks ago.
I requested acknowledgement that documents had been received and this was confimed since then ---nothing
Another family member has another urgent case open he has made several requests to the solicitor who has not listened to or followed what was requested communication is poor
I never thought I would ever be leaving this sort of review of review concerning this company we have always had a good relationship until now

Greatly reduced service standards

My family have been clients of Warners for many, many years and enjoyed good quality service from them.
HOWEVER, they seem to work on past reputation rather than current work ethics.
They DON'T LISTEN
They have no sense of urgency except for sending their invoices.
We currently have two cases that Warners are dealing with. One of them, the solicitor asked for paperwork and said she would look and send me a letter of engagement.
That was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing since.
Another family member has another case with a different solicitor in same partnership and he is so frustrated that the solicitor is not listening and not taking the requested course of action which is due within a short space of time.

We have always enjoyed a great relationship with the staff from this company but I am sorry to say I think they are resting on their laurels relying upon previous reputation and have become rather lazy and greedy

I have to say that I never thought I would ever be leaving this sort of review concerning Warners

Very good experience

We used Warners when selling our house in Tonbridge. Suzanne Barker was polite, efficient and responsive. Our estate agents tell us they have always found Suzanne a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service with compassion

I have been working with Tracy at Warners for over three years as a number of my close family members have passed away over that time and I have been executor on all their estates. Some have been particularly complex and Tracy has worked with me and explained every stage with true compassion and understanding. I would highly recommend her work.

The Estate of my late mother

Warner's dealt with the whole process with professionalism and dedication. Highlight of that was recognising errors in HMRC calculations and getting them corrected!
Fees for the service were within the range first explained to me, with no big surprises.
Tracy was friendly and responsive to requests/communications, as were others that she involved in the process, as required.

I have used Warners Solicitors over the past few years to prepare my Will, administer probate and act for me on two residential house sales.
All aspects were carried out very professionally, with a personal touch when needed and invoices were as quoted with no surprises.

Costly for the service I received

The process was not explained properly in the beginning resulting in it taking a lot longer than necessary and therefore costing more than was needed

I have used Warners a few years ago for a commercial contract dispute and the solicitor then was quite responsive. Attempted to get some advice only for a Wills and Probate matter and have been told to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time - use a firm that actually cares about existing clients...

Used them for a family financial matter, absolutely useless. I used CS for my case and she got as bullied as I did before my using a solicitor. The only time i saw any fire in this firm was if i was late paying their extortionate charges, I think the money they took off me and the little they did is shameful…..

It’s taken this firm seven years ( that’s nearly a decade!) to sort out my late fathers estate! They still haven’t finished dealing with it.
