I instructed Warners on 15th January to purchase a property and completed on 14th March and none of that would have been possible without Georgia.
Georgia acted swiftly to every request, was proactive, always available to speak on the phone and was very professional. I am a first time buyer, however, my estate agent who deals with conveyancers on a daily basis commented on how proactive and how good Georgia has been.
I will definitely use Georgia in the future and couldn’t recommend her enough.

Highly recommend Georgia Marchant
I completed my house purchase in under 9 weeks and none of that would have been possible without Georgia. Wonderful experience from start to finish
I've used Warners (Georgia) before to sell a property and was so impressed that I wanted to use them again, this time to buy a house. The experience was exactly the same, Georgia is so proactive, professional and friendly and always responsive to my phone calls and questions. I am so impressed with Warners and would recommend them to anyone.

The long road to success
Having inherited my late father in law’s house, we set about selling it and chose Warners to represent us.
With our original buyers came many and varied queries and issues which were very professionally handled by our paralegal Georgia. Despite her best efforts, these buyers walked away, so we were back to square one. More than a year later and with a new buyer we are absolutely delighted to have achieved a sale without any more dramas. Georgia made the whole process so easy for us throughout.
We are eternally grateful for her support, commitment and professionalism. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Amazing service, excellent communication
Georgia was wonderful throughout the whole of the sales cycle. She was friendly, approachable, always returned calls promptly if I missed her and always gave honest and sensible advice. It really was a pleasure to do business with Warners and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Conveyancing
Georgia was fantastic throughout my sale and purchase. I never had to chase her once which is a real contrast to previous experiences with other firms. Would highly recommend Warners and Georgia to anyone looking to move.

Job done - no fuss
Used Warners for both selling and buying houses recently . I’ve heard lots of people complaining about conveyancing solicitors but I have nothing but praise for Warners, and they were especially ‘on it’ when things got tough during my sale. Wouldn’t use any other firm.

Efficient, Clear, Quick and Professional!
Moving house was seamless thanks to Georgia!
Always quick to respond and with very clear and professional guidance.
On the rare occasion we needed to phone to discuss certain points Georgia was always available.
