Very good experience
We used Warners when selling our house in Tonbridge. Suzanne Barker was polite, efficient and responsive. Our estate agents tell us they have always found Suzanne a pleasure to work with.

Sale and Purchase - Kent to Wiltshire.
Suzanne and Carole were so organused, thorough, friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too small to ask. The whole process was so smooth and we felt we were in very safe hands. Transfer of monies was efficient and secure and always acknowledged promptly. Suzanne was fair with her fees when our first purchase fell through and was quick to get the ball rolling when we offered on another house. The dream team and we just can't thank you enough for EVERYTHING! We will definitely recommend you to others.

Conveyancing
Our conveyancer Suzanne Barker at Warners was so proficient and always thought ahead before any requests were made by the buyers solicitor. Suzanne kept us up to date with all relevant news. The end to end experience was exceptionally good. We felt the fees were good value for money.

A very well “oiled” team effort
I employed Warners due to a personal introduction from someone I know and trust. I was right to use them as their diligence, response times to inquiries and manner in dealing with matters was exemplary. Review for Warners Solicitors
My parents had used Warner's for several matters and my elderly mother had excellent service and support when preparing a new Will. My brother and I then found ourselves in the position of selling our mother's house. We returned to Warner's and once again had excellent service. The two solicitors looking after our sale job shared and we had excellent, seamless and responsive service and advice. The solicitor's secretary (Georgia) was excellent and kept me up to date and emailed me documents quickly and helpfully. I would certainly recommend Warner's.
