House sale conveyancing

I can’t recommend Leandra’s conveyancing services highly enough. She dealt with the legal aspects of the sale of my Grade II listed cottage. She helped address and answer multiple issues raised by my purchaser and guided me toward successful contract exchange. It was a great confirm to know that she had my back throughout this technically challenging transaction.

She was efficient, courteous and tenacious throughout.

I recommend her professional expertise without reservation.

Excellent advice received from Charles Tennant, a partner at Warners.

From the very first contact to the closure of my file, the service was exceptional, clear explanations, keeping me informed and very quick response times. I received excellent advice from Charles Tennant, a partner at Warners, regarding a consent order from my previous marriage. Charles was really knowledgeable and without his support and guidance it would have been difficult, if not impossible, to achieve the right result. If I need a solicitor in future, I will contact Charles without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The most wonderful solicitor

I cannot recommend Farhana highly enough! From start to finish, she was nothing short of amazing, demonstrating kindness, professionalism, and a proactive approach that made all the difference in my house-moving journey.

Thanks to Farhana's incredible work, I managed to move house in just three months – something I never thought possible. She went above and beyond to chase the buyers when they were slowing down the process, ensuring everything stayed on track. Throughout the entire experience, Farhana treated me with the same care and attention as if I were a VIP, making me feel valued and supported at every step.

I am truly grateful for all her hard work, dedication, and expertise.

Excellent Service

Can't thank Melanie and Warners enough for all their help and support during the process of buying my house. Always there to help and answer even the silliest questions. It was a long process due to the timescales of other parties but Melanie kept on top of everything and gave clear advice and helpful suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

House purchase

I used Warners 5 years ago for a property sale and the firm was efficient and effective. So I used it again now for a purchase and was delighted with the personal and thoroughly professional service I received from Leandra (Van Wijk) at Warners. She was helpful and responsive throughout the process and gave me good, sensible advice (including sensitively getting me to back off becoming too embroiled in detail at one point). I’m a firm believer in high service standards and am not slow in being critical when these aren’t being met. Leandra met them fully.
