House purchase

I used Warners 5 years ago for a property sale and the firm was efficient and effective. So I used it again now for a purchase and was delighted with the personal and thoroughly professional service I received from Leandra (Van Wijk) at Warners. She was helpful and responsive throughout the process and gave me good, sensible advice (including sensitively getting me to back off becoming too embroiled in detail at one point). I’m a firm believer in high service standards and am not slow in being critical when these aren’t being met. Leandra met them fully.

Thank you

I found the service I recieved from Mr. Keith Unger, was first class. He was very supportive and got me through a very messy divorce, with sound realistic, honest advice. He was very friendly, but professional, and after speaking to him, I felt more relaxed and understood what he was going to persue. I would not hesitate to recommend Keith Unger and Warners solicitors, to family and friends.

Our family has used Warners for various legal matters over the years and we did not hesitate to employ their services again to oversee the sale of our dad’s house after his death last year. Debbie performed an excellent, professional service and kept us informed as to what was going on, especially where there were unexpected delays at our purchaser’s end. We would not hesitate to recommend Warners to anyone selling of buying a property.

Excellent, Professional and Helpful Service from Warners

I have always been impressed by the level of service received from Warners, especially with their conveyancing. I had both a sale and a purchase to complete, as well as a number of related matters (declaration of trust), and at all times Warners - and especially Farhana Choudhary - were pro-active and always on top of their brief. They were always contactable, and responded promptly to emails and used clear language. At all times I felt that Farhana understood the issues at hand, my own concerns and what needed to be done. I never took this for granted, but I can say without doubt that I was able to rely on Warners and Farhana. Thank you !
