Terrible, Inexperience solicitor

I had a very disappointing experience with Farhana, the housing solicitor. From the start, her level of professionalism was lacking. Communication was poor; she often failed to respond to my emails in a timely manner, leaving me feeling anxious about my case. When we did speak, she seemed unprepared and unable to answer my questions clearly, which only added to my frustration.

Additionally, I noticed a lack of attention to detail in her work. Important documents were either missing or filled out incorrectly, which caused unnecessary delays. It felt like I was constantly having to double-check her work, which is not what I expected from a professional solicitor. Overall, my experience with Farhana was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend her services to others seeking reliable legal assistance in housing matters.

Excellent service

Leandra assisted my mother with her house sale and Leandra was, without question, professional, proactive and highly responsive at every stage of the process.
The sale was protracted with various queries/issues raised by the buyers. Every query and every issue raised by the buyers was dealt with efficiently by Leandra, who always found a solution to the various issues, and she always kept my mother and I updated.
Leandra also showed considerable empathy with my mother who, due to ill health, needed to sell her house to move into a carehome.
With all of the queries/issues raised by the buyers I’m not sure the house would have sold without someone of Leandra’s diligence and determination acting on our behalf.
Leandra went above and beyond to ensure the house was sold, I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.

Helpful with difficult property manager

Leandra was really helpful in the sale of my flat to a private buyer. Had several issues in obtaining timely responses from the property manager and managing the buyer solicitor requests which Leandra was highly proactive and persistent in sorting out. I felt my interests were very well looked out for throughout.
