Helpful with difficult property manager
Leandra was really helpful in the sale of my flat to a private buyer. Had several issues in obtaining timely responses from the property manager and managing the buyer solicitor requests which Leandra was highly proactive and persistent in sorting out. Overcharged for admin tasks for the purchase I aborted within 10 days
Charged me ~£400 for admin charges to begin the purchase process and ordering the ID check verification, though the purchase process was aborted within 10 days

House sale conveyancing
I can’t recommend Leandra’s conveyancing services highly enough. She dealt with the legal aspects of the sale of my Grade II listed cottage. She helped address and answer multiple issues raised by my purchaser and guided me toward successful contract exchange. It was a great confirm to know that she had my back throughout this technically challenging transaction.

House purchase
I used Warners 5 years ago for a property sale and the firm was efficient and effective. So I used it again now for a purchase and was delighted with the personal and thoroughly professional service I received from Leandra (Van Wijk) at Warners. She was helpful and responsive throughout the process and gave me good, sensible advice (including sensitively getting me to back off becoming too embroiled in detail at one point). I’m a firm believer in high service standards and am not slow in being critical when these aren’t being met. Leandra met them fully.
