House sale conveyancing
I can’t recommend Leandra’s conveyancing services highly enough. She dealt with the legal aspects of the sale of my Grade II listed cottage. She helped address and answer multiple issues raised by my purchaser and guided me toward successful contract exchange. It was a great confirm to know that she had my back throughout this technically challenging transaction.

House purchase
I used Warners 5 years ago for a property sale and the firm was efficient and effective. So I used it again now for a purchase and was delighted with the personal and thoroughly professional service I received from Leandra (Van Wijk) at Warners. She was helpful and responsive throughout the process and gave me good, sensible advice (including sensitively getting me to back off becoming too embroiled in detail at one point). I’m a firm believer in high service standards and am not slow in being critical when these aren’t being met. Leandra met them fully.

Professional, efficient and diligent
Leandra carefully executed a recent purchase for me which was not particularly straight forward. A very clean and tidy process against additional time pressures to complete against upcoming stamp duty changes.
Hopefully I'll have more opportunities to work together again.

Recently completed on our sale and purchase
Leandra took over the legal work on our sale and purchase halfway through the transactions and very quickly got up to speed with what was going on. The sale was straightforward however we had some complications on our purchase. Leandra was always extremely professional, helpful and always available for a quick call to fully understand what we needed to do. Really enjoyed working with her and will do so again in future.
