Professional service, sound advice
I am extremely grateful to John and Clare for getting my house sale and purchase past the post on the date we needed. As disappointing as it was to walk away from my first house purchase because of access issues, it was the right decision and I was well advised by John on the matter. I’m very happy with the outcome they achieved for me, and have only docked a star because more focus on the big picture and more timely responses would have made the process less stressful

First rate conveyancing

Great experience selling my mother's home
As a son with Power of Attorney for my mother, who had lost mental capacity, I was a little concerned that selling my mother's home to pay her care home costs would prove complicated from a legal point of view.
John put my mind at rest from the off and after some minor delays (at Purchaser's end) reached completion without any unexpected surprises.

Excellent Service
