I have recently been dealing with Richard Theobald and Sarah Fitz-Gibbon and their corresponding teams.
Richard helped finalise an Estate following a close family members death and Sarah assisted with the conveyancing on a property sale.
Dealing with Warners was a massive relief in terms of their assistance at a difficult time and their professionalism and knowledge was brilliant. It was very comforting knowing that we were looked after and all affairs were in good hands.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing legal advice.

Costly for the service I received
The process was not explained properly in the beginning resulting in it taking a lot longer than necessary and therefore costing more than was needed

Conveyance
I have the pleasure of working with the trust and commercial department at Warners in a professional capacity, this time the conveyance department acted for me when I sold and purchased my house. Warners a triumph across the board
My wife and I have used Warners Solicitors in the past ( property sale and wills ) and were very impressed. This time I approached Richard Theobald with regard to my mothers estate and various other related matters. There were some tight reporting timescales to contend with and some difficult issues to deal with. He was diligent in every respect and ended up with a very satisfactory result . But their support did not stop there and this required extending Warners brief to other specialities ( Property Sale , Loan Agreements and Capital Gains issues ). In stepped Ben Wright and Christine Dark with some very tight timescales to meet. Again a very successful outcome. I fully appreciated that for all parties this was a particularly busy time ( Stamp duty holiday etc etc ) but what has impressed me is the depth of expertise that this firm has and their willingness to respond. The old fashioned staid solicitor profile does not apply here, the impression is a youthful firm with plenty of experience . I am in their debt.
