Miracles do happen!

After dealing with our previous solicitor sitting on our house purchase file for 6 months we had nearly lost all hope... our mortgage offer was expiring, the sellers were about to pull out of selling their house and every solicitor we called couldn't help us...that was until we called Liz Dack from Whitehead Monckton.
Liz has been invaluable and a -send, without Liz and her vast experience and knowledge our house purchase would not have happened.
Liz was approachable, helpful, empathetic and kind and did the impossible. Liz went above and beyond, kept us updated every step of the way, explained what we didn't understand and now, we have just exchanged contracts (within two weeks of taking over our file!!) and completion is in a couple days! We are over the moon and cannot thank Liz and her team enough. Thank you so much Liz, miracles really do happen!

We couldn’t have been happier working with Liz at Whitehouse Monckton, the entire process start to finish was incredible. Every email was answered within 5 minutes, and every call was taken. We ended up having issues with the first property we had an offer accepted on and Liz was amazing throughout easing our worries and finally giving us the advice we needed to move on to another property. Daniel Bennett was my solicitor when I was taken to court over custody of my son. He was absolutely amazing. I could not recommend him more highly. He is a consummate professional and is extremely hard working but it always felt that he wasn’t ‘just doing a job’, he genuinely cared about the safety of my son. You could see the benefit of his years of experience as he thinks several steps ahead, I would have been at a disadvantage without him as he always considers ulterior motives and subterfuge that I couldn't anticipate. He considered the consequences of decisions with a view to our long term situation always trying to ensure that my son was the priority. He is a ferocious adversary, yet compassionate to his clients. If I ever have to go to court again I would want Daniel Bennett on my side, not working for the other side! I don’t think there is anyone else more dedicated, kind, child centric and fearless.
