I was the lead in an action starting with the Pre Court Protocol for the construction industry - we were a group of 4 and a management company and needed help with the PCP - we decided on Whitehead Monckton from a list of about 3 solicitors - WM seemed the most helpful and understood what we were trying to achieve. On the whole we were satisfied with the way WM worked for us - there were just a couple of times where timescales were missed - therefore we needed to keep our eye on the ball but overall after a lengthy legal process we enjoyed success with our case.

Really pleased to have been introduced to David through Stephen Beck - whom I have known and worked with for over 20 years now . I really appreciate David's commination skills and easy to understand explanations/directions and most importantly to me delivered what he said he would with no empty promises! David next time in in the office beer on me!
