I was lucky enough to return to Kent in 2015 to join Whitehead Monckton as a trainee solicitor. Lasting Power of Attorney
Mrs Fuszard dealt with two issues, Lasting Power of Attorney and the transfer of my property into my name as it was still in the name of my late husband. I have no complaints at all, Mrs Fuszard was very pleasant, extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in consulting her again in the future if the need should arise.
