Originally from Cambridge, I completed an LLB (Hons) in Law Degree at Sheffield Hallam University and then moved to London to undertake the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. Following that I worked as a paralegal at Kingsley Napley Solicitors in London in the professional regulation department before joining Whitehead Monckton as a Trainee Solicitor in 2007. I qualified as a Solicitor in the Tax & Estate Planning department of Whitehead Monckton in February 2009. In October 2016 I was promoted to Associate Director and following the successful merger of Docklands Solicitors and Whitehead Monckton in that same year I now provide legal services to both Maidstone and London clients. I have experience and expertise in: Tax planning and succession planning for individuals and their companies Will drafting Probate and estate administration Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney Trust creation and administration I enjoy advising on tax efficient solutions and planning for the protection of clients and future generations of their families and business interests. WM prepared LPAs for health and wealth for my wife and I. All was very clearly explained regarding how they were to be prepared and what detail we needed to provide.

This is the second time my husband and I have dealt with Whitehead Monckton, and Kate Broadfield. Both experiences have been good. We felt positive about the whole process. Although we know we could have our Wills updated at a cheaper cost through other methods, we felt that it was worth the cost to have so well professionally organised.

No amendments were needed as solicitor immediately understood our needs. The costs were advised in advance and there were no hidden charges. We would highly recommend.
