First class service - highly recommended!
Chantal was initially recommended to us by the Estate Agent selling our home. We were so pleased with how the sale was dealt with that we asked her to act for us in the sale and purchase of two further properties. We found Chantal to be extremely efficient, responsive, professional and caring. Whilst it has been a very stressful year we firmly believe that Chantal's dedication and expertise contributed significantly to our timely completions. On the odd occasions when Chantal was absent from the office we found her colleagues to be very helpful and responsive also. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Whitehead Monkton and should we ever find ourselves needing a conveyancing solicitor again we would definitely ask Chantal to act for us.

Helpful and knowledgeable
I was helped with a simultaneous sale and purchase, neither of which was completely straightforward. Chantal was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I was particularly impressed with her on the day of completion. There are always frustrations with conveyancing solicitors, I think, but they were minimal for me in this case and, for the money, they did a good job.

Professional in every aspect
Chantal was clear and helpful in every respect. She dealt with my deafness with such kindness, never making it seem a problem. Out of all the people I have had to deal with during the procedure she is the only one I felt I could fully trust. If I emailed with a question she would always reply the same day.
