Our recent conveyance
We were represented by Whitehead Monckton, Ms.Chantal Muniandy handled our conveyance. The process actually became a bit frustrating but our interests were handled in an exemplary fashion at all times. In short, we were well looked after.

House sale
I was selling my late parents home and was dealt with care and compassion by Chantal.
It was made so much easier knowing it was being dealt with by Chantal’s expertise and knowledge and I could trust that the process would run smoothly .

First class service - highly recommended!
Chantal was initially recommended to us by the Estate Agent selling our home. We were so pleased with how the sale was dealt with that we asked her to act for us in the sale and purchase of two further properties. We found Chantal to be extremely efficient, responsive, professional and caring. Whilst it has been a very stressful year we firmly believe that Chantal's dedication and expertise contributed significantly to our timely completions. On the odd occasions when Chantal was absent from the office we found her colleagues to be very helpful and responsive also. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Whitehead Monkton and should we ever find ourselves needing a conveyancing solicitor again we would definitely ask Chantal to act for us.

Helpful and knowledgeable
I was helped with a simultaneous sale and purchase, neither of which was completely straightforward. Chantal was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I was particularly impressed with her on the day of completion. There are always frustrations with conveyancing solicitors, I think, but they were minimal for me in this case and, for the money, they did a good job.
