I have just had a positive outcome at a final hearing and I believe that my success was as a direct result of Daniel Bennett's work on my case. He is a extremely experienced and knowledgeable solicitor who utilizes his years of work in the field to tailor statements in a way that judges respond to positively. He is a strong advocate and works hard for his clients but is also sensitive to the fact that for you, as a client, this is a acutely distressing situation. I highly recommend Daniel and there have been numerous times in my court process that I have been glad he has been working for me rather than for the other side because he is formidable opponent. Additionally his secretary is the personification of professionalism and proficiency with adds a level of reassurance that everything that needs to get done, will be and nothing will be left to chance.

Divorce
I am coming towards the end of the divorce process. Unfortunately it has been very acrimonious but Daniel Bennett has been by my side throughout and helped a very painful experience become a little easier. His care and attention has been extended to outside of normal office hours which I didn't expect. Due to the matrimonial home being shared during the separation then problems did arise outside of office hours and I am so grateful he was able to help me as the situation at times was unbearable. Throughout the process he has offered wisdom, kindness and of course legal expertise. However given my experience, I think a solicitor helping you to navigate your way through a divorce needs to have more skills than their legal training and with Daniel this is what I received. His support staff are very kind and attentive too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniel Bennett and his team.
