Trusted and Reliable
Whitehead Monckton were allocated to us as first time buyers of a property and we felt we were in trusted hands from day one. We were given prompt updates and appreciated the patience in sometimes explaining some of the numerous bits of paperwork and legal jargon. Felt assured that the process was going smoothly and to be completed before the stamp duty changes from 1st April. Delighted with obtaining our new home and would recommend these solicitors to anyone. Particular mention to Liz Dack who had been brilliant and clearly knowledgable in what she does.

Highly recommend Liz Dack!
We couldn’t have been happier working with Liz at Whitehouse Monckton, the entire process start to finish was incredible. Every email was answered within 5 minutes, and every call was taken. We ended up having issues with the first property we had an offer accepted on and Liz was amazing throughout easing our worries and finally giving us the advice we needed to move on to another property. Once our offer on the second property was accepted we exchanged within 8 weeks! We can’t recommend Liz enough and thank her for everything!

If Carlsberg made solicitors...
I used Liz Dack of Whitehead Monckton to handle the conveyancing when buying a new house at the end of Q4. She also dealt with me sale.
From the time I made an offer, to the date of exchange, was less than four weeks. If you want a measure of competency then it doesn't really get any better than that!
Without fail, if I ever called for an update my call was always taken, and I always found her to be on top of all of the different aspects to give me a seamless, easy-to-deal with point of contact.
I must confess that this is not the first time I have used Liz. House buying and selling is a stressful business that seems to be filled with unhelpful individuals, but Liz always has been the person on whom I could rely.
