Nothing was too much trouble.

After a bad experience last year (seller pulling out) Gemma Nie kept in contact until we had another buyer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Whenever I emailed she answered within the hour and if she was on annual leave her emails were answered regardless. Our sale this year took just over 5 months but Gemma kept us updated every step of the way. I would definitely use Martin Tolhurst again.

Excellent for a property lease extension

I had the pleasure of Paige Banks dealing with a lease extension for my property. I was apprehensive that the process would be stressful and complicated, based on dealing with my housing association. Paige made the whole transaction very smooth. She was quick to reply to correspondence and explained each step clearly.

I would not hesitate to recommend Martin Tolhurst to anyone choosing a solicitor for the same thing.

Martin Tolhurst Solicitors have dealt with my complex issues that required their expertise and representation via barristers in court. Martin Tolhurst have been professional, supportive, honest and friendly. I have been able to build a trust and as such I have been to face and make some difficult choices, with their full support. I had a good result and as such I have been able to move on from the problems I originally faced. Tarisai who dealt with the will was so helpful and explained everything fully. Linda would definately recommend using Martin Tolhurst even more so when finding that they support an animal rescue. Namely The Retreat Animal Rescue
