I had an exceptional experience working with Gemma as my conveyancing solicitor. From start to finish, she was incredibly supportive and approachable, making a daunting process much more manageable. She took the time to explain every detail clearly, answering all my questions with patience and understanding. From start to Finnish of my long horrendous journey i had. They have always been on the mark with keeping me updated and explained thing's when i wasn't quite sure on the technical meaning ,which ever one i spoken to at Martin Tolhurst they was always understanding and polite so i would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a solicitor's

Nothing was too much trouble.

After a bad experience last year (seller pulling out) Gemma Nie kept in contact until we had another buyer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Whenever I emailed she answered within the hour and if she was on annual leave her emails were answered regardless. Our sale this year took just over 5 months but Gemma kept us updated every step of the way. I would definitely use Martin Tolhurst again.

Posting on behalf of my friend Linda who has used Martin Tolhurst for her will and found the staff so friendly and helpful especially as it was needed before Christmas so not much time. Tarisai who dealt with the will was so helpful and explained everything fully. Linda would definately recommend using Martin Tolhurst even more so when finding that they support an animal rescue. Namely The Retreat Animal Rescue
