I have recently completed on the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home. From start to finish the service I received from Gemma Nie and all of her team including Anita, Lauren and Nicole has been quite outstanding. Despite some issues with my vendor's solicitor everyone kept me fully informed and made the process as stress free as possible. They were very sympathetic to my situation as a I had a gap between properties and managed to complete on my new property extremely quickly. We used Martin Tolhurst Gillingham Branch to sell our house and buy a property. The process of finding a new home took a long time due to an aborted purchase but Ellie, our Conveyancer, was always available throughout and was supported by a good team. We asked loads of questions and Ellie patiently answered them all, helping us understand things we were not sure about and, despite the long timeframe, the amount we paid for solicitors fees at the end of the process matched the initial quote despite the delays. One of the reasons we took so long to find a new property was because the solicitor of the first person we were buying from was absolutely awful which convinced us to find somewhere else. This showed us just how good Ellie was in comparison. Overall an excellent service.
