I cannot praise enough what a wonderful experience is has been to work with Gemma Nie on the sale of my house and purchase of a new house.
She is an amazing solicitor and works so hard! She has been on hand along with her team all through what has been a very long process! If everyone worked as hard as she did there would be no houses left to sell or buy!
I would recommend Martin Tolhurst to anyone who is ever looking to move.

I would highly recommend MartinTolhurst, particularly Hannah Stanford who has handled my divorce, I couldn't have survived the process without her, she was efficient, approachable, and very empathetic. We have had a brilliant experience selling our house and buying a new property through Martin Tolhurst. Buying and selling a property can be extremely stressful but with the help of Lucy Nelson as our conveyancer it made the process a lot easier. She was fantastic from start to finish. Lucy was professional, happy to explain things that didn’t make much sense to us, a honest and kind approach. Lucy’s communication was 10/10 with always replying to emails/ phone calls and it just felt nothing was too much trouble. We had a very quick turn around to make the chain work and Lucy provided such a fantastic service. If you end up with Lucy looking after you, you have got a fantastic solicitor looking after you.
We hope to be able to use Lucy in future properties.
