Excellent for a property lease extension
I had the pleasure of Paige Banks dealing with a lease extension for my property. I was apprehensive that the process would be stressful and complicated, based on dealing with my housing association. Paige made the whole transaction very smooth. She was quick to reply to correspondence and explained each step clearly.
I would not hesitate to recommend Martin Tolhurst to anyone choosing a solicitor for the same thing.

Residential Lease Extension
I went to Martin Tolhurst Solicitors to get a residential lease extension. The solicitor, Paige Banks, gave good advice all the way through. Very helpful

Lease Extension
I can only say that during the process of extending the lease on a property was all handled very professionally. Paige Banks of the Gravesend office kept me fully informed of the progress being made at all times and always answered any questions or concerns I had. All in all Paige Banks was exceptionally efficient and took all the pressure of my shoulders. A job well done and I would most certainly use Matin Tolhurst Partnership again without any hesitation.
