Great to work with.
I had an exceptional experience working with Gemma as my conveyancing solicitor. From start to finish, she was incredibly supportive and approachable, making a daunting process much more manageable. She took the time to explain every detail clearly, answering all my questions with patience and understanding. Not only was she professional and efficient, but her friendly demeanour really put me at ease. I felt confident that my interests were in good hands throughout the entire transaction.

Brilliant
From start to Finnish of my long horrendous journey i had. They have always been on the mark with keeping me updated and explained thing's when i wasn't quite sure on the technical meaning ,which ever one i spoken to at Martin Tolhurst they was always understanding and polite so i would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a solicitor's

House sale.
A relatively smooth house sale experience and very good and easy communication either by email or phone, which allowed all paperwork involved to be dealt with efficiently.

Nothing was too much trouble.
After a bad experience last year (seller pulling out) Gemma Nie kept in contact until we had another buyer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Whenever I emailed she answered within the hour and if she was on annual leave her emails were answered regardless. Our sale this year took just over 5 months but Gemma kept us updated every step of the way. I would definitely use Martin Tolhurst again.

Brilliant service- highly recommend
Gemma at Martin Tolhurst was absolutely exceptional, I couldn’t recommend her and her team enough.
We had long chain, with many moving parts, and was certainly not the easiest process due to matter out of our / her control, but Gemma made every step feel like we were her top priority.
She kept us fully up to date and informed all the way through the process, and we are so appreciative of her help.
