Gemma was amazing from start to finish. She guided us through each step of the process and was always on hand to help with any bumps in the road. Brilliant service- highly recommend
Gemma at Martin Tolhurst was absolutely exceptional, I couldn’t recommend her and her team enough.
We had long chain, with many moving parts, and was certainly not the easiest process due to matter out of our / her control, but Gemma made every step feel like we were her top priority.
She kept us fully up to date and informed all the way through the process, and we are so appreciative of her help.

Conveyancing
Gemma Nie has been acting on our behalf for over 3 years while we have endured 3 failed house sales and purchases. Throughout all this time Gemma has remained patient, kind, encouraging and extremely professional. Nothing seems to phase her, even when we were getting extremely frustrated and upset with the associated problems and delays of our house sale and attempted purchases.
I'm very happy to say we've finally completed on our sale and the purchase of our fourth bungalow, which will most definitely be our last!
We would thoroughly recommend Gemma Nie and her excellent team of secretaries for conveyancing.

Fantastic Experience
As First time home buyers, we are unfamiliar with the process and had many questions along the way, Gemma was allways easily contactable and more than happy to answer all of our questions, if there was anything we didn't fully understand Gemma was more than happy to go through things in detail.
The service we have received has been first class.

Top class solicitors.
First I would like to say a big thank you to Gemma Nie and her team for what a call a first class service at Martin tolhurst . The team kept me up to date on my house move all the time .
