First time house purchase
Fantastic solicitors at Martin Tolhurst I had Kirsty working on my case helping me with the purchase of my first home.
Kirsty was brilliant she was very quick to reply to emails or if she was not available one of her colleagues would in her place. Very professional and very helpful especially when I had a few questions to ask as being my first time I was a little unsure, Kirsty guided me through the process with ease.
Overall my experience with Martin Tolhurst was very good I highly recommend them for purchasing a property.

Excellent Service
Our conveyancer Kirsty Martin and her team were nothing short of exceptional. They were everything you could want in the house buyer process. Thorough, prompt and approachable. All of our queries were answered within 24 hours and we were kept updated regularly. For the service we received we felt as though the price was extremely reasonable. Would recommend to anyone!

We used this firm to act for our house purchase, and we're very impressed with our solicitor, Kirsty and her team.
The whole process was straight forward, thanks to the excellent communication throughout.
Our emails and calls were always answered immediately, and we felt free to make contact whenever we needed.

Highly recommended! Professional and efficient!
I cannot express how lucky I was to find Martin Tolhurst Solicitors in purchasing my first home in the UK. Kirsty and the team was super helpful, quick in answering our requests (all phone calls answered immediately or replied within 1 working day), paid attention to details and answered my questions patiently. I heard too many horrible stories about house-buying solicitors but this did not happen to MT at all. Highly recommended!
