Lease extension
We needed to extend our lease, and another homeowner recommended Martin Tolhurst. From the very beginning until we closed the deal, we had the pleasure of working with solicitor Surinder Ruprai. She was incredibly helpful, keeping us informed of our case’s progress every step of the way. Amazing service
With Martin Tolhurst I have undertaken an re-mortgage and lease extension together, and the teams have been fantastic with their services. The lease extension is a long process and Surinder and the team kept me up to date and answered any questions I had with the process. Connor and the mortgage team kept me update with my re-mortgage process and when my funds were received and processed. It has been a long and stressful process, but the team at Martin Tolhurst provided the most professional service and kept me updated and were approachable at all time. I will be using again.

Lease Extension
Surinder Ruprai acted for me in all the dealings for a lease extension on a flat which had challenges due to the consistent procrastinated response times of the Landlords.
She kept me informed at all times, and was really helpful and professional and most importantly, totally efficient .
I would have not hesitation in recommending Surinder, and just wish that all solicitors were of an equal calibre .

Purchase of shared lease ownership

Lease extension
Smooth, clear and successful process.
I have received clear and professional answers to all my questions. Therefore, an initially unknown process became for me very clear and easy to follow. I also received regular updates. This made everything easier up to the successful completion.

Excellent Customer Service
I have been using MartinTolhurst for the last 10 years and so far all my dealings have been excellent and very professional. In my last case a Deed of Variation processed by Surinder Ruprai I received regular updates and I knew what to expect at all time, excellent customer service.

Service received was above and beyond
When I needed to renew the lease on my property, I was recommended to use Martin Tolhurst Solicitors and I am so very glad I did. Surinder directed me through every stage and made a tricky (to me) process much easier to navigate. Once done, I could then put my property up for sale and once again I had to ask for my new lease to be expedited through Land Registry in order for my sale to go through. There was once again some difficulty as Land Registry wanted more information, which was very slow in being released. With my sale on the line due to time constraints, Surinder ensured that the title deed was issued in time for my sale to complete. A job very well done for which I am very grateful for her persistence and professional service.
