Leasehold Sale
Both the conveyancing and lease extension were carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Both solicitors undertaking the work were involved in conversations and communication over a six month period with difficult Freeholders, and their persistence is a credit to them and their determination to achieve a good outcome.

Excellent prompt service
Surinder Ruprai was handling my cases - extension of 2 the leases for 2 properties. She was extremely professional and handled my case with ease. I was in a bit of a rush, and my requests were considered and executed with precision. Her communication was excellent, which put me at ease.

Great service!

We needed to extend our lease, and another homeowner recommended Martin Tolhurst. From the very beginning until we closed the deal, we had the pleasure of working with solicitor Surinder Ruprai. Amazing service
With Martin Tolhurst I have undertaken an re-mortgage and lease extension together, and the teams have been fantastic with their services. The lease extension is a long process and Surinder and the team kept me up to date and answered any questions I had with the process. Connor and the mortgage team kept me update with my re-mortgage process and when my funds were received and processed. It has been a long and stressful process, but the team at Martin Tolhurst provided the most professional service and kept me updated and were approachable at all time. I will be using again.

Lease Extension
Surinder Ruprai acted for me in all the dealings for a lease extension on a flat which had challenges due to the consistent procrastinated response times of the Landlords.
She kept me informed at all times, and was really helpful and professional and most importantly, totally efficient .
I would have not hesitation in recommending Surinder, and just wish that all solicitors were of an equal calibre .

Purchase of shared lease ownership
