I particularly like the contact from Conveyancing. My only criticism was that all correspondence was not addressed to me, my name was admitted. I realised that the correspondence is the same/ish for all clients however to not be addressed by name is in my view impolite.

Highly recommended

Leah (Chambers) was extremely helpful and efficient during our house sale which we had to accelerate in advance of the normal timeframe for personal reasons. She pushed it through as requested - clearly brining the purchasers' solicitor on board, and throughout the process she was friendly and communicated clearly.

Bungalow Sale

Although I didn't meet the solicitor for the sale of my late aunt's bungalow, the service I received from both solicitor and estate agent was efficient and professional. The sale went through speedily and I was kept informed throughout.

Friendly, approachable + efficient.

As first time buyers, we found the process daunting, but were impressed with how easy it ended up being. They were approachable and easy to contact, and managed to meet our tight deadlines.

Highly Professional Solicitor Service

I highly recommend this solicitor, who came highly recommended by my family. While their fees aren't the cheapest on the market, they are absolutely worth it for the exceptional service you receive. One of the standout features is their transparent pricing—right from the start, their website provides an instant quote with a clear price breakdown.

Christine, who handled my case, was truly exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, and we communicated seamlessly via email without the need for constant phone calls. Her replies were prompt, precise, and professional, making the process very efficient. Her attention to detail and firm yet clear communication style gave me great confidence throughout the process.

As a first-time buyer, the experience of purchasing a home was nerve-wracking, but Christine’s thoroughness made it much easier. I went through three failed transactions, but I’m grateful for Christine’s sharp eye and expertise in identifying serious issues, such as false advertisements and disputes over land ownership. Her diligence saved me from potentially costly mistakes.

For anyone seeking a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented solicitor, I cannot recommend this service enough. They truly go above and beyond to protect your interests.

Brilliant service and professional.

We relocated across the country this year, selling our old property and buying a new one. This move was challenging and took a long time, and the only competent people in the whole chain were the amazing Hannah and Amy at B&M, they did a wonderful job and we are very grateful to them for getting this sorted out. Would 100% use again (although I hope we never have to move again).

A client

Overall the experience was good but I did have to chase a couple of times to get a response. I appreciate that with stamp duty increases etc and everyone trying to move at once put a lot of pressure on conveyancing firms but when I had to chase several times for someone to acknowledge me on more than one occasion, or when my estate agent seemed to know more than my solicitor, it did become a little frustrating. However, overall the experience was good and I am still using them for my purchase. They are thorough which is a very good thing and can argue on your behalf to get what you need to get. So yes I would recommend them as a conveyancing solicitor firm.
