House sale - Kent to Cornwall.
A daunting move late in life, but was assisted by a friendly professional who kept me in the loop of all aspects. The sale of my house and the purchase of another in Cornwall involved another firm of solicitors and was proactive in keeping both transactions "moving along".
No hesitation in recommending.

Excellent conveyancing service
A very positive experience. We had poor service from others previously and this was a real contrast. Quick to respond to our initial enquiry, kept up to date and everything went totally to plan. Anna answers the phone and returns calls. The electronic identity and finance system is easy and works really well. No delays and all went to plan including costs. Excellent value for money.

Brighton flat sale
The sale was a difficult one involving a leasehold sale with changes to the land registry so took more time than expected but my solicitor did a professional job.

Approachable
With a help of Boys & Maughan we were buying a house. At the same time we are (still) selling our old house with a different solicitor (it was given to us as a package). Our big mistake we did not take Boys & Maughan with Anna Leach for the sale as well. You can actually talk to Anna, she always replies to emails with all details. They are honest & very approachable solicitors. Recommended.
