Excellent Conveyancing Experience
I received a first class service from Boys & Maughan solicitor's, who dealt with a probate house sale. I mainly dealt with Samantha Saunders and Toni Armstrong. They were both proactive, friendly, efficient and communication was always prompt. The whole process went smoothly and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm of solicitors. A super team.

Proper service, at last!
My selling experience was Toni was excellent from the off-she was informative, knowledgeable, straightforward and efficient throughout the whole process. She was always available, either in person or the phone to respond to queries and always did what she said she would promptly. What a great experience all round. thank you.

Conveyancing
Undertaking the stressful process of buying & selling is not easy at the best of times. We were moving from Kent to Lincolnshire. All in all it was less stressful due to the service and communication from Elliot Aish and the team. They were brilliant. Communication was excellent and none of our questions were unanswered. Everyone was friendly and approachable and very professional at all times. Thank you!

Brilliant team
Thank you to Toni Armstrong and other team members for getting us through a very difficult sale due to 1 couple pulling out on exchange day , and the second buyers being extremely difficult and dragging the sale out for 4 more months , you have had to work very this and we really appreciate it, we have finally completed and are very happy its all over .

Buying & selling house
After initial teething problems with paperwork have address number wrong way round things got much better. I have never sold/completed so quickly, it was all very efficient and Elliot just got on with it, very good. Also dealt with Toni a fair bit, especially on the phone and she lovely, helpful and very accommodating. Would recommend for buying and selling your house.
