Transfer of old Will and new Will
My original Will was not very local. I needed it to be close so when I died my family could speak to someone face to face. I feel confident that when this happens all the staff will do all they can to sort them out. Like most people I was a bit nervous but Andrea and everyone else put me at ease and made the whole process easy for me.

Wills + Powers of attorney
We needed to update our wills and powers of attorney. Implications and alternatives were clearly explained. The service was efficient and gave plenty of time to research and reflect on. Overall we are pleased with what has been done.

Last will & testament
I found all of the staff extremely friendly and approachable. Andrea's advice was thorough and easily understood, where I showed confusion she had no problem explaining to me in greater detail. I was extremely happy with the outcome.
