I had to put something. But you can't put zero stars


Just to let you know, I wouldn't recommend Franca to any one on legal aid.
She has been an awful representative for me.
Unless you are born with ones silver spoon in ones mouth, Franca will treat you like benefit .
Franca is an awful solicitor and the fact that people pay her money to act for them, completely baffles me!
Franca Webb and Caroline Weller are a joke as far as the legal system works.
They have both, repeatedly acted on ones high horse.
It's a terrible situation someone might find themselves in, but, rest assured, Franca will know the family judge and will make sure you fail! Some might call it a conflict of interest..but if you're Franca, she's happy to see you lose.
This company doesn't care a jot about the people begging for legal aid.
So, if you want to hate yourself just a little bit more..go to Biscoes 😊

I encountered an issue regarding my visa, and all attempts to resolve it myself were unsuccessful. I then found Kashif Kamran, and during a pleasant zoom meeting he explained all my options. I decided to engage him to take on my case, and I am very happy with that decision. One face to face meeting to discuss the case in-depth, and provide him with the necessary documents, and that was it. What I liked most was Kashif handled everything for me, including arranging an appointment with Home Office for photos, etc. After that, I was able to put the whole thing out of my mind, relying on Kashif to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt his fee very reasonable, and his approach is very up front and honest. He explained the situation exactly as it was, with no false promises or expectations. In the end, my case was successfully resolved in under two months, much sooner than the six months I had expected. I would recommend Kashif to friends or family, I am that pleased with his services.

Very corrupt solicitors. They have committed perjury in the courts a few years ago and are still failing to cover up their perjury. They have knowingly falsified legal aid claims to scam money out of the government and the taxpayer. Which is a common practise which all corrupt solicitors do. For this reason I give these solicitors -10.

Description

Historically, the longserving Portsmouth based firms of Biscoe Smith, Heather and Bellinger, Cousins Burbidge & Connor and Lyndhurst Groves merged in 1994 to form Biscoes Cousins Groves. In 2004 in the Firm's 150th year, Biscoes absorbed Wilkinson & Co and merged with King and Franckeiss, both well respected local firms. Subsequently in 2005 a merger with Covers added a Petersfield office to an already impressive list of locations, which was closely followed by the opening of an office in Gosport. In 2006 a Portchester branch was created following the link up with the long established practice of Barry Swanton & Co. In 2018 Biscoes merged with Gurney Champion & Co & Heyes Saumuel in Ryde, Isle of Wight. Biscoes continues to move confidently into the 21st Century, whilst remaining steadfastly committed to the provision of a traditional and locally based legal service. Located in offices close to you.
