commercial lease cessation and replacement new lease
a month before had response from request for services. That did go over xmas but it was the middle of Jan before any engagement.
Not kept informed. slow communication. hard work.
Estimated fee, but fee was max estimate and no breakdown provided to justify total cost.
Latest email didn't even spell my first name correctly.

Commercial contract
Very efficient service. They dealt with my enquiry in a reasonable time and came back with some options. I selected one option and from then on the whole process was rolling with no issues.
