Professional and easy to speak to directly!
I was very confident in David completing the conveyancing process for me. He was always professional and I was always able to get to speak to him directly with any questions. He was very patient and explained the process to me. I would use again.

Sale Of Property
We appointed David last June to deal with the conveyancing of the sale of our late Father’s Estate. From the first day until the momentous day of completion, David and his team have been phenomenal in every aspect. Professional, always prepared to think out of the box- nothing was too much trouble. David kept us informed every step of the way on what, at times, was a difficult journey for all concerned. Despite that, he always created a positive atmosphere, so you knew that any problems would be resolved and resolved quickly. I cannot thank David enough for everything he has done. Without any hesitation whatsoever, I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a Solicitor to deal with their conveyancing needs, to consider David at Biscoes first. Proactive and effective Service

First property purchase
We contacted Biscoes as there were recommended to us. They gave us a quote which was competitive with other companies we contacted.
David was very helpful to us, as first time buyers, he answered every question we had in an understandable yet detailed way.
David and his team worked to meet the completion date, even when there was delays from other factors.
All in all, would not think twice about using David & Biscoes again.
