Would not recommend
Took almost a year to complete my sale. Actually sat on my case for three months before admitting they hadn’t actually looked at it. Constantly blaming my buyers solicitor. Would not recommend or use them again for buying and selling.

Excellent service with the sale of a property.
We had used Biscoes previously and asked them to handle the sale of a property in November 2022. They were professional and the sale went through in a timely fashion. It was well done.

Great service & advice from knowledgeable & professional Solicitors
Biscoes have been excellent in providing me with an end-to-end service dealing with Probate and now Conveyancing for my late Cousin's estate. They have provided upfront estimates for their services and have to date come within budget. The advice and services have been excellent, and I would recommend using them certainly for the above services I required. House purchase.
Selling a house through a pandemic was never going to be easy through lockdown. Working from home etc. No office visits. Only main communication was electronic which you got the covid encrypted message just as you sent a n email reply message. But some of my email messages and questions did not get answered. When I did manage to make contact via phone call the reaction with a question was do we need to talk. Yes sometimes you need to talk one to one and not just electronically. Everything was done this electronic way which is understandable under the current circumstances. I also felt there was lack of communication between my solicitor and my sellers solicitor. This review is based on a house sale 18 months ago and why do one now? No purchase of another house just to sell mine.

5 years and 3 solicitors
It took over 5 years and 3 solicitors to get my divorce through. Constantly have to chase for any answers which costs each time. It made you wary of ringing or emailing each time. Sarah Hart was the only solicitor who got things done for me. Had to move from one branch to another.
