My daughter took me to make a new will as my husband had died. It was explained that I need not make a new one and that his will didn’t even have to go to probate. I was not charged the advice given

Good Experience
I had been thinking of updating my will for some time. When I finally decided to get on with it just before going on holiday in April, Michael French was able to get the whole thing sorted so that I was able to go on holiday with this ticked off my ‘to do’ list

Failed
Wouldn’t provide paperwork that my mam had signed with another family member. Surely joint signatures mean you have access- but told to go to another solicitor to obtain
