Naomi was excellent - I got my money back!
Naomi solved the dispute that had been ongoing for over a year regarding a car that was faulty from the day I received it. The garage refused my right to reject and Naomi solved the issue with the garage before it got to the court, resulting in all my money being paid.
She helped me understand the issue at hand, and each positive and negative with any decisions that needed to be made. This way, I fully understood where I was legally and resulted in me getting my money back.
I can’t thank her enough for her service and the stress I felt has all been lifted due to her hard work and expertise.

Excellent service
I contacted the waterlooville office at first and was past onto the Portsmouth office as they said the persons there would be better suited for my case, I spoke to Naomi Taylor who set everything out clearly then arrange a meeting, very down to earth, explained things in detail the negative and the positive sides of the case.
I was extremely happy with the outcome.

Litigation assistance
