We have used Sara for 3 purchases and each time we received an amazing service that we cannot fault.
We have peace of mind knowing that our property is legally sound, due to how thorough Sara and the team are. They are always prompt at replying to enquiries from ourselves and other solicitors during the buying process as well as keeping us updated with the progress.
We do recommend Sara to friends and family whenever asked as we are confident of the amazing and professional service that they will receive.

Making the appointment was very easy and flexible. There was also the kind offer from Lauren to meet us in the Waterlooville office, which is closer to our home, although we did not take Lauren up on this kind offer. The appointment was not rushed and all options and legalities of the will and the PoA were explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.

I witnessed Lucy deal with a challenging client very skillfully. She really is very knowledgeable within the legal sphere but what impressed me the most was the way she was able to skillfully speak honestly and bravely with a very complex character who has multiple and complex needs. This person struggles navigating highly stressful social situations due to mental health, neurodiversity and substance use. He can often be abrasive and argumentative. Lucy has established a really lovely connection with this client so that he stops and listens to her. She never took any less than conventional behaviours personally or care about what other people thought. She consistently treated him with respect and compassion, even during the most difficult of moments.

Three times I called the office, three times I spoke to someone and explained what I wanted, three times I was promised a call back that day or the next day, nobody could be bothered to follow up. If they can't be bothered to do the basics like returning calls, then I would assume something a bit more technical would be far too difficult for them.
