Rachael was always extremely helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to any emails and queries we had. At the end of the process Rachael was constantly on the case with the sellers solicitors and informed me of any progress that had been made. Tamsin was aboustely brilliant from start to finish when purchasing my property on the island.
Professional, kind, understanding and excellent communication throughout.
Tamsin and her secretaries made the whole process stress free and quick. I have dealt with a lot of conveyances in my time and Tamsin is by far the best one around. Highly recommended.

Three times I called the office, three times I spoke to someone and explained what I wanted, three times I was promised a call back that day or the next day, nobody could be bothered to follow up. If they can't be bothered to do the basics like returning calls, then I would assume something a bit more technical would be far too difficult for them.
