excellent communicator
I witnessed Lucy deal with a challenging client very skillfully. She really is very knowledgeable within the legal sphere but what impressed me the most was the way she was able to skillfully speak honestly and bravely with a very complex character who has multiple and complex needs. This person struggles navigating highly stressful social situations due to mental health, neurodiversity and substance use. He can often be abrasive and argumentative. Lucy has established a really lovely connection with this client so that he stops and listens to her. She never took any less than conventional behaviours personally or care about what other people thought. She consistently treated him with respect and compassion, even during the most difficult of moments.

Amazing service
Lucy helped me during a police interview recently and I couldn’t thank her enough. She calmed me down and talked me through my options, making a stressful situation as calming as possible. Couldn’t fault Lucy one little bit, her professionalism was perfect and such a lovely lady.

Blunt and Honest
Found me annoying and said so - a refreshing change from most. Excellent service, straightforward talking did not 'molycuddle' and was upfront on all counts. I would not hesitate to use her again and to recommend her to all others who would appreciate efficiency, straight talking and genuine interest in their case.

Compassionate, Understanding & Tenacious
Lucy was a powerhouse throughout an ordeal that was potentially personally catastrophic. She was completely understanding throughout, explained the position thoroughly and left no stone unturned. I was very nervous when I went into churchers, to see Lucy. She was so amazing from the first meeting, through to crown court. Lucy got all the missing footage from the Police, which helped my case. I've never been in trouble before.. So it was overwhelming for me. I totally recommend if you are in trouble Please ask for Lucy Linington. And I promise she will do everything she can to help...

solicitor arrived in plenty of time to go through the presentation of my case as I was not allowed to speak. Unfortunately the court restricted communication for six months, on the request of the "victim"
