Victoria managed my late father's estate following his death in October 2023. She dealt with all the many things that need to be done such as completing the very confusing HMRC inheritance tax forms, applying for probate, getting financial institutions to pay up, dealing with dad's personal and estate tax affairs and dealing with the distribution of funds to the beneficiaries. Whilst winding up dad's estate ended up taking a year this was wholly down to the courts probate service, the NS&I and HMRC taking ridiculous amount of time to undertake their parts.
Throughout the process I have found Victoria to be professional, efficient, approachable, clear in her communications to a layman being an executor for the first time, timely in her responses and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending her and would use her services again if required.
