The solicitor was pleasant, knowledgable and helpful in guiding the best ways for our needs, however, the beginning to the final end seemed to be stretched out. But, some would be due to the attorneys were a long time getting through the courts.
The real hurt was the huge cost! £2245.00 is a massive amount to find for retired and low wage people!

Three times I called the office, three times I spoke to someone and explained what I wanted, three times I was promised a call back that day or the next day, nobody could be bothered to follow up. If they can't be bothered to do the basics like returning calls, then I would assume something a bit more technical would be far too difficult for them.
